Though empty of grain, The Thoms Estate’s old stone silo is a small engineering marvel. A dry-stacked circular stone wall some thirty feet high and strong enough to withstand wind and weather. A restored barn will keep the silo company, providing an airy shelter for festivities of all kinds, from string quartets to mid-summer shindigs.
