A Tapestry of Asheville Event at The Thoms Estate

Appalachian Spring Event at The Thoms Estate

Initial Offering Event at The Thoms Estate

To truly understand life here on The Thoms Estate, you must experience it for yourself. That is why we hosts special events for our prospective buyers from time to time.

As your hosts, we will take you on a journey of discovery, exploring the signature homes, the uncommon setting, and the inspiring lifestyle of our private, European-style country estate. We’ll also introduce you to Asheville, giving you an insider’s look at the restaurants, galleries and activities that make our mountain community so special.

If you’d like to find out how to participate in one of these very special weekends, call 877-550-1211.

An Appalachian Spring, April 11-12
Our Appalachian Spring event was a blooming success with fourteen couples from all points of the compass converging on Asheville to enjoy a firsthand look at The Thoms Estate. On Friday evening, our guests enjoyed a delightful cocktail party at the Inn on Biltmore Estate. Saturday began with brunch at The Thoms Estate sales offices, followed by a historic tour of Asheville. In the afternoon, our guests had the opportunity to explore The Thoms Estate with private tours led by our property consultants. The capstone to the weekend was an evening of musical magic featuring Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony performed by the Asheville Symphony, led by the dynamic young conductor, Daniel Meyer.

A Tapestry of Asheville, July 18-20
A Tapestry of Asheville kicked off with a Welcome to Asheville cocktail party in the storybook parterre gardens at Richmond Hill Inn, followed by a light summer dinner in the garden pavillion. On Saturday, our guests were treated to a historic trolley tour of Asheville led by local historian Bill Wescott, followed by private tours at The Thoms Estate. On Saturday evening, our guests were treated to a special event designed just for them: a private reception and tour of the Asheville Art Museum, led by museum executive director Pamela Myers.

Fall in Love, November 1
There's no better time to acquaint yourself with our mountain community than during the spectacular autumn season. And that's exactly what our guests did during our Fall in Love special event. In addition to private tours of The Thoms Estate and a special presentation by its visionary developer, Kent Smith, our visitors enjoyed the ever-popular historic trolley tour of Asheville hosted by noted local historian Mitzi Tessier. Our guests also had the opportunity to sample the cornucipia of culture, arts and outdoor opportunities that our mountain city has to offer at this most colorful and festive time of year.
